Check In & Check Out

Check-in time from is from 3pm and check-out time is 11am.

Closer to your check in date we will email you with all the information you need for your arrival at Casa Meranka. Your key will be waiting for you in the lock box at the gate (code included in the email). 

You can let yourself in, make yourself at home and explore the space. Please take the time to have a read of the "Book of Everything" which can be found on the table inside your cottage. This will help you to settle in and give you all the practical information that you need about the place.

At the soonest opportunity one of us will come and welcome you and can answer any further questions you may have.

Breakages / Damages

In the event that something is used incorrectly, broken or considerably damaged during your stay, the guest will be responsible either to replace the item, pay to buy another or to fix it and communicate it to us.

We at Casa Meranka, are not responsible for any loss, breakage, theft or disappearance of any property of the guest during their stay.

Cancellation Policy for Casa Meranka

All changes of dates or cancellations should be done not only by phone but also in writing as an email. Up until 30 days prior to the booking, we return the deposit minus €100 for administration costs. Less than 30 days prior to the booking, the deposit is not returned. We recommend that you take out travel insurance that also includes cancelation costs.

We at Casa Meranka reserve the right to terminate the stay on the premises of any person who fails to comply with minimum standards of civility and coexistence.
